Officially cutting back on carbs and increasing my protein from today onwards. Chewing more, less calories - I love that idea.
92 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 17 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I couldn't agree more! I have cut out my breakfast carbs so that I can have a little something during the day. But I see our values are very close. MORE MEAT GRRRRRRR!!!!

so what did you have for breakfast , I'm also cutting carbs and sugar this month (just for the month ) when im cycling again next month i will have to take in alot of carbs. my bfats was 2 eggs and bake beans , tea time 1 green apple and lunch was cucumber circles with tuna and tomato , pepper and feta cheese on top , the cucumber was like the bread part . :-)

I'm back in my cycling, and read an article about having more protein and fats as your base for your diet. I'm sensitive to carbohydrates, and find that if I follow a high protein diet, i'm able to sustain a longer ride. Breakfast: 4 egg whites, 40g oats; strawberries - blend it and drink it.
