Didn't expect a loss today after 4 days at home with little pre-planning regarding food! I wasn't so good about drinking enough water but I guess the migraine I had on Saturday - resulting in no appetite - might have been helpful after all!

Happy Monday everyone.
101.6 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
