Gym after 3h sleep during a 30h shift (3rd 24h shulift in 5 days) No sweat ;) 10 days, 1kg, can it be done??? Cmon!!!!
81 kg Lost so far: 19 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
