Yesterday was my first day back to FS in a while. I did pretty good (lost a pound) but still have LOTS of room for improvement. Today I am going to start a 30 days to a split program that someone else posted in one of the challenges I am part of! A friend of mine is also going to do this with me - although she almost has a split already. My goal is become more flexible, if I get a split that would be icing on the cake.

I am also looking for a beginner or toddler yoga program that I can do at home. The reason I say toddler is because I think my 2 year old daughter would enjoy doing that with me. Hopefully I can find something online (YouTube maybe?) today and we can start doing that at least 2x per week. I am looking for baby steps.
