This I believe to be a healthy rate. Struggled hecticly with bench press yesterday, but incline bench and weighted dips went well :) 2 weeks from saturday is D-Day.. will I weigh in under 80kg once? Still have one silver bullet up my sleeve thankfully ;)
81.8 kg Lost so far: 18.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
