Been a hard couple of weeks still waiting on funeral . My other nephew is improving greatly. He is an awake and talking very confused and weak but every day he improves. With so much going on tried to keep track and I think I have been pretty good overall Did enjoy some chocolate the weekend and a glass of wine last night . Stayed the same but clothes definitely feel looser . Get back to walking Monday and stricter tracking . Would like to reach my 65kg goal . Maybe adjust once there and try some yoga or toning exercises . Any advice on best for toning ? Hope everyone is well and enjoying the lovely weather here in Wales 🏴 it’s a beautiful day .
