This is it. I don't exactly know why but I just let go. Now I am gaining again and will have to do something. Wake-up call this morning. Let's see what I can do. yesterday was a terrible day. I got my blood readings back from lab and a definite change must be made. I will have to use this app like my Bible to get back on tract.
