Well that’s a relief it’s been 7 weeks since my last post I’ve just been training resting and being more mindful of my eating habits it’s good to see balance over time. I hope all is well with the FitFam.
96.1 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 23.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
