I stalled my weight loss for a while trying to make tho ha a bit easier on myself. In conjunction with my dietician’s advice, I started moving away from weighing and measuring my food. I have ADHD, and I realise I need the accountability and stats of measuring my food. This allows me to focus on protein and fibre, without sacrificing the calorie deficit. It also helps me in the evening to know if my stats can accommodate an evening treat or not.
Without the measuring, I default to my emotional eating.. ie chocolate if I have had a hard day. This sabotages my goals in a big way.
SO, happy to be weighing in at a bit less today and that my time off plan has not set me tooooo far off my goals. Back to the plan!
