a month of fasting but with healthier habits, not sure if the scale is wonky or I am dehydrated but it fluctuated between 87-89 , I am going with the higher number to ply safe
89 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 14 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
