Today was a good day 🌞 This time of year is so enjoyable driving to places I need to be. The sun was shining & the trees are lovely multiple shades of green as they leaf out. Scattered in are all the different flowering trees....glorious!

Hubby & I went to the Gym. I don't know if was my good mood, the fact I slept a bit later, carbs from our spaghetti dinner last night or my music playlist that gave me lots of energy today 😊 Whatever it was, I had a good workout. I listened to Beyoncé's new "Country" album. Interesting mix of songs....some I enjoyed a lot. The album has a country flavor, but some not so much. Since I don't really have to put a lable on my music....I listen to many genres...I don't care if it's country. soul or R & B.

When I bought groceries yesterday, there were no strawberries. Hubby asked if I wanted to see if they had any at one of the stores by the Gym, afterwards. They're a breakfast staple. I said, "Let's look at Ingles". I forget about them, but some friends were talking about having good luck there at Book Club. We found strawberries & we also bought some frozen Ahi Tuna, some pork chops, a whole chicken to put in the crock pot & 2 New York Strips. The prices on the meat/ seafood weren't bad.

Tomorrow is supposed to be in the low 70's & sunny. I'm planning on spending some time raking/ cleaning another area of the gardens. The gardens are looking so nice with all the perennials coming up 💚 It looks especially good with new mulch on the paths 😊

Off to bed now 😴 💤💤
