Weekend was rough. Pizza's, cake, cookies... And I was cold. Not an excuse but I was just fed-up on Friday my weight-in was 300g up!!! After being super good the entire week. i broke my iPhone screen for the second time this week... so yes, I'm upset and fed-up.
feeling better this morning. Going to give it my All and see where we end up on Friday. Also going to try and keep away from the scale until I visit Mico for my weigh-in.
