Trying creatine for 2 months, so some water weight expected.

Some muscle gain as well (2 hours, 5 days/week has to do something).

Water retention from not doing cardio for 3 months as well.

Looking leaner and more muscular than at 69 Kg. Still some fat to lose, so goal weight remains at 70 Kg for now.
72 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
