A good weight loss this week so I'm very happy 😃
I have managed to keep my activity up even when I really haven't had much energy and have been in pain.
Now all I have to do is to stay motivated and continue on this path.
92 days until my niece's wedding so I just have to focus
Onwards and upwards 😘
85.5 kg Lost so far: 15.7 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
