Do you ever wake up and not want to get on the scale because you assume that even though you have done everything right, the scale is going to say you gained weight? That was me this morning but I knew I had been making all of the right choices so I decide to get on the scale anyways.
Another pound down!! I am sure this is the early weight loss that is easier to shake then it will be in the weeks or months going forward but I was very happy to see the drop today :)
53.9 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I happen to weigh myself every day and I know people will say you should not but the weight I take into account is my Friday morning weight but doing it daily I already know that I always go up after a workout day and I only workout 3x a week. I also go up if I have a large salad or something high in sodium so interesting to know what our bodie's do daily. Good job on the drop!
