Finally ready to (somewhat) accept my new weight. 😬😬😬 I’m realising that I probably won’t be happy with my body once I reach 60kgs (which was my initial goal). Trying to figure out a new number. I’m 157cm tall. Maybe 58? 🤔
61.5 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm 156cm, dietician wanted me down to 52kg which I wasn't willing to do. Also don't want to look like a kid. 🙈 I'm happy floating between 54-57kgs.

52kg sounds very small! 😅 I also want to look my age. I probably weighed that in uni and not chasing that weight (anymore).
