The clothes fit amazingly. My recovery time during workouts gets better all the time. I can do a push up, I can hold a plank for 45sec with no break. I can do box step ups with a box that is knee high. This is the week of non scale victories
131.8 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 31.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
