This is after two full weeks of no gym and not following any healty eating plan. Had both my eyes operated on 29 Jan 2024 St the Mediclinic Day Clinic. I was bedroom bound for a week then last week I was preparing for taking my son to varsity. What a great experience, with its ups and downs. God is able.
