📝 kinda blown away by my weight loss - first time since on this journey…😭
I ain’t pretty… but I feel younger and I feel I can get to my goal weight soon…but nothing is certain in my life. Life keeps me humble, knocks me down but then I stagger up and try to balance and move forward with determination and yes I am grateful and thankful for life giving me another chance…🥹😅☀️☕️
94.7 kg Lost so far: 115.3 kg.    Still to go: 15.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That is such a huge achievement! I lost 55kg and thought that is huge .. BUT .. you are a champion!! Keep going .. don't lose motivation and don't rush your journey is a marathon!!
