First time weighing this year. I knew it would be bad but WHAT THE ACTUAL F!! now I'm just in shock.. guess I deserved this whiplash.

Last night went horribly pear shaped!! How in the world is it possible that 1 x double delight biscuit = 125 cals! and obviously I didn't have just 1..

Considering last night's madness, I think the scale will drop fast - I'm going to weigh every day to keep focused.
and ZERO snacks will pass my mouth unless I make it myself!!
76.2 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Rather focus on good training and see the results and changes in your body, if you weigh every day it may demotivate you as your body can hold up to 3kg of water retention in a single day. Focus on good nutrition and good training. 💪💪

I agree with you..you are right! But on the other side it's also nice to see water weight drop quickly on the scale 😃
