I went against all the advice I gave about not weighing yourself the first couple weeks after the holidays and here I am. Bit of a shocker but I haven’t weighed in in about 3 months plus I really did enjoy my holidays. Now let’s see those blue arrows pointing down 😀. On the plus side this time last year after the holidays I was 2 kg more… I guess I’ll call this my winter coat 🫣
56.4 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
