I have been feeling very tired the last 2 or 3 days and after dropping AGAIN in weight this morning, I think I know why. I am not really tracking calories and my over cautious self may have restricted to much. So I guess I am making pizza for breakfsst🤣
76.8 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 76.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
