Not as much as I wanted, but I know where I went wrong. Refocusing, and reminding myself of my goal....which is of course to be one Sexy Yummy Mummy!
82 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
