I am sooooo close to just giving up!
112.6 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don’t! It has taken me 5 years to lose 24-25 kgs. It happened tiny bits at a time and often weigh gain then loss then gain then loss over and over, sometimes for a year being stuck at the same weight.

I just feel worthless to be honest! Disgusted with myself 😭 I honestly don't know what to do anymore, I'm at a loss, I just want to be a better me, for myself and my family, but I can't even do that... Last year I lost like 18kg's in 6 months... I've just been picking it back up little by little

I know how that feels. Often it’s hard to see others and how it looks so easy for them. But I tell myself even maintaining or gaining a bit is better than just letting go and picking all that weight up again. 🩷
