Honey is NOT good for me!
My inflammation is higher when I consume raw honey.
Last night after exercising all day (walking 17 500 steps like normal)- but having loads of honey in the day I was having pain most of last night…low sugar fruits are ok for me…dates are good for me…one block of very dark chocolate is ok for me…
98.3 kg Lost so far: 111.7 kg.    Still to go: 19.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
