Started over for what felt like the 10000000th time. Sometimes i still don’t understand how people juggle a healthy work-life balance and still have time to look after their mental and physical health as well as that of others.
I picked up 15 kg in the last year and endured a ton of stress and unfavourable events. I have a wedding to attend in Australia March 2024 and i just want to enjoy it.
So here we go, little by little - new goal new spirit.

Hi there, I also work full time and do understand the stress part so well. What helps me alot is planning the night before and just taking to work what I am going to eat.

It's difficult to balance it all. I've never mastered it. We all do what we can, where we're at, with what we have. Any progress is a step forward. You got this 👍
