Enjoyed Thanksgiving way too much. 4 days of almost no rules. Although I did stay physically active with golf, beach walking, cleaning, and household chores- it was just simply too many calories to counteract. Back at it this week 💪 (in preparation for over indulging at Christmas 😁)
63.3 kg Lost so far: 26.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
