Last night: I ate like a person who was starved for days…
I just don’t feel healthy mentally anymore 🥹
Changing my diet to more healthy fats
100.2 kg Lost so far: 109.8 kg.    Still to go: 21.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
