This week's goal was to burn a little fat and build a little muscle. I was diligent with both my macros and some exercises I could handle 😊

Skeletal muscle ⬆️ 43.4 to 43.8%
Subcutaneous fat ⬇️ 23.5 to 23.1%
Overall weight ⬇️ 138.2 to 135.2

61.3 kg Lost so far: 28.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
