So going from a size 40 to a size 32 before my kids was an adjustment and after both i have managed to lose both the pregnancy weights but I have to be honest that my body isn't the same as before the kids. I have lost over 4 dress sizes but now I am committing to lose the last 5kgs as i started slacking with foos choices and craved sugar more when i am stressed.. I want to drop some more body fat. I am an emotional eater and need to be self motivated and practise a little more self control when it comes to the kids snacks lol

I am very proud of how far I have come but now I need to re-commit and work on me again!
71.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
