Everything is in good order.
1 Year officially in menopause - started at age 52 a month aver having had Covid
Zero medications
88cm acround the waist
105.9 kg Lost so far: 104.1 kg.    Still to go: 26.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
