Anyway!!!
I did nothing today and ate a little more than normal.
I was just feeling overly emotional and overwhelmed by life and it’s hard knocks
106.3 kg Lost so far: 103.7 kg.    Still to go: 27.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
