We got to the Gym today. I'm still struggling to resume my routine at the same levels I was at before I got sick. Even walking at a lower incline than usual (I gradually increase over the 30 min. I walk) on the treadmill, I was struggling a little at the end. I decided to lower the reps on some of the mat exercises to enable me to get thru them all. The weight machines weren't as difficult as Friday, but I didn't do everything. I still have some congestion & it makes me get tired faster. I also didn't sleep great last night, so maybe that affected my workout.

I've been feeling a little blue & blah at times. It was really nice to get out over the weekend. I enjoyed hanging out with my sister at the Fall Festival. I bought a couple of things for me....some ginger honey & Winter orange balsamic vinegar. I also found a vendor selling night lights in a bottle, that I had been searching for, several years. I bought a couple from her before & gave one to my daughter. Hers got broken accidentally & I wanted to replace it. I was excited that I could buy it as a gift & surprise her. I stopped on the way home at Home Goods & bought a new Fall tablecloth & a candle. I then decided I was tired of shopping & went home.

Hubby & I celebrated my Birthday, yesterday. We went to a Winery & listened to music, first. Then we went downtown & walked around the square. We went to another Winery/ Restaurant for dinner. We were able to sit outside & enjoy the sunset. There was a bit of a kerfuffle with the Mussels & Clams we ordered to share. One of the clams was bad & the waiter said they'd replace the whole dish. It took a while, so in the end, the manager comped us for the whole dish. They also comped our dessert since it was a Birthday celebration. We ordered Linguini alla Genovese to share. We didn't finish it, so the waiter took it back to box up to go. He didn't bring it back to the table & we forgot it & left. We were pulling out of the parking lot & he comes running down the hill with my to go box to catch us! We still enjoyed dinner since we had a bottle of wine to sip & it was such a beautiful evening out 😊

Well, need to get up to bed. I think I'm going to pull out my Fall decor & start decorating the house & front porch, tomorrow.
