I’m following your example now - 1300 cal, 18-hour fast. Playtime is over.

@Katrina19622 .. normally our expectations are too high. We all want to lose at least 1kg a week and not going to happen except in the 1st 2 months! Accept what your body gives you .. It is not a sprint .. it is a marathon: 1. 1 step at a time 2. Follow your eating rules / plan 3. Keep going no matter what! 4. Ask yourself how badly do you want / need this? 5. DO NOT CRY! You are not a baby! 6. Make sure your tummy goes regularly taking in lots of fibre and fluids! It is the only place all that burned fat and junk can leave your body! Good luck .. YOU CAN DO IT .. IF 1 HUMAN CAN DO IT THEN SO CAN YOU!!

@ Katrina19622 another thing .. HUGE health benefits in doing IF! Google it! @ Everyone .. Thx for all the support! This app is amazing and gives you a platform to interact with other people having the same goals and from whom you can learn and share to keep you going!!

I have lost a total of 45,4kg .. that is 100.11Lb's .. OR .. plus minus 100 blocks of butter! Carry that with you every day .. haha The thing I am most grateful for is no loose skin and no stretch marks and have done no exercise! I read somewhere "IF" prevents or minimizes that!
