Nice... been making an effort but not suffering. The first kgs always go faster though so for sure in the upcoming weeks it'll slow down somewhat.

My goal really is to lose 3kg. If I lose 4 then I'll high five myself into oblivion.
54.8 kg Lost so far: 19.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
