Lower than yesterday, but still on the wring end.
appetite has grown significantly, combined with the lower will pkwer and binge eating depression away, I have all the excuses
149 kg Lost so far: 56 kg.    Still to go: 9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
