Back up a little. It may be the whole Cherry Crisp I ate for dessert last night....or probably the salty seasoning I used on the Tilapia. Calories were relatively low for a workout day.

Hubby was asking for a more traditional sauce on linguini for dinner. I told him I'd make it tonight....carbs for tomorrow's workout. Still a home made sauce with tomatoes, fresh herbs, peppers & onion. Even with that, garlic bread & wine calories weren't too bad for the day. I'll see how I fare on the scales tomorrow. And how the carbs help my workout. 😊
