Throwback Thursday☆Facebook memories from 2020 ▪︎ Since then I've maintained at a weight about 10 lbs. less than my 145 lb. goal at that time ▪︎ My exercise now includes 3 days a week at the Gym I joined 13 months ago ▪︎ I post food pics here not FB :-)
