Another 0.3kg loss in a day. And by feeding my hunger with good food, I was not hungry nor tempted to eat anything else. This is working better than trying to eat too little.
96.2 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
