I feel so much better, more successful, when I only eat proper food. It was a breakthrough realising that what I thought were carb cravings, were actually just hunger.
96.5 kg Lost so far: 13.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
