I haven’t really been journaling my journey because I am on a strict diet that isn’t inspiring or special to any person. At the moment I am doing a variant of Keto. TBH, I would recommend this diet for long term as it’s not difficult. It focused more on nutrient dense food aka veggies and less on saturated fats food. The illnesses I had- chronic back pain, inflammation, insomnia etc. Have virtually disappeared and in 3 weeks I’ve almost lost 5 kgs. The first few weeks were HARD. Mind you I’m only 29 turning 30 this year… and I can’t start one of the most exciting parts of my life constantly sick. I need to do more research and definitely put more effort towards my meals but it’s been a humbling journey to see what my mind, body and soul are capable of. Let’s home the rest continues to go… ALSO, I do want to gym but it’s difficult when you have to do house chores as well
82.3 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week

Glad to hear you're doing better especially because 30 is definitely an awesome next chapter.🎉 Try turning your housework into a workout. Calf raises at the sink, squats/lunges while vacuuming or mopping. Triceps dips/plank while waiting for the w. machine/kettle to finish. You'll be jacked in no time. 💪🏻😜
