kind of expected cause I've been on a "cheat week/month" ..but it's water weight I can drop during the week! night time snacking is my challenge... guess I need to go to bed at 8pm tonight!
71.4 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
