I do 16:8, 3 meals, 1500 cal. I did OMAD a few years ago but that just triggered binge eating, so I’m taking it easy this time around.

@Katrna 19622 ... Just remember I do 18:6 intermittent fasting. It is more than enough .. sometimes too much to to eat! We all are individuals with different preferences and each and everyone must find what works for them and get into their rhythm.

Capie2 @Katrina19622 .. If I did 3 meals my daily calorie intake would be 1500 per day. Remember with 18:6 I only have a 6 hour window to eat (2 meals and snacks). It just made sense for me that if I do not eat breakfast (fasting) I cannot expect to lose weight craming a whole day's calories into 6 hours! OMAD is too radical for me. Same with intermittent fasting .. find what works for you. I am not a Dietician or nutrition expert. Just doing what works for me after trial and error. Can not give advice but can only share with others what I do ...

@Capie2 you’re doing great! I’ll see what happens with my new approach 🤞 and adjust if necessary. Luckily I’m retired now, so I don’t have to fit in with an office schedule and can eat whenever suits me.
