Eating healthy can be expensive. That's why I've decided incorporate Intermittent Fasting into my diet. In turn I've been able to eat healthy, save money and lose weight.
105.8 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
