Stayed consistent with calorie deficit and intermittent fasting. Sunday 25th of June was terrible. Ate alot of junk and sweet stuff
106.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 21.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
