I did a 10 week mild cut a few weeks ago. It was successful. Lost about 7 kg.

About to do a 3 week aggressive cut. Aiming for about 3-4 kg weight loss. Send motivation.😩
97.7 kg Lost so far: 14.3 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

What is a cut?

It’s a gym term that refers to a fat loss phase. I usually eat around maintenance and go gym. That results in low fat loss, but muscle building is on a high. But now I’ll be eating less than maintenance. So fat loss will be high and muscle building will be minimal.
