Got my scale, picked up weight.
mostly hopefully water retention from not having my chronic medication. Got it yesterday.
Starting my soup week to lose it. starting today, looking forward to see what this week brings ♡
103.6 kg Lost so far: 29.3 kg.    Still to go: 38.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
