Yesterday woke up at 148.3
This morning 146.9, Amazing what stress and incorrect eating can do.

Weight is fluctuating too wildly to be taken serious. Need to get back to life and sort out this stuff now
146.9 kg Lost so far: 58.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
