Hi Gia. Good luck with your fast. Besides water, Black Coffee, Black Tea, Green Tea, Lemon Water and Apple Cider Vinegar are all good. I strongly suggest you take Electrolytes and Prebiotic Fibre Complex during this fasting period.

How are people encouraging this? She clearly has an eating disorder. She wants to weigh 45kg and is using water fasting to get there. And her post is getting likes and advice? Come on.
