Seen my dietitian today. Seems it can be the exercise that I do not lose weight. Hopefully it will get better soon. Clothing fit better, but no kg's🤔
93.5 kg Lost so far: 37 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi Werner, I started walking 2 weeks ago. Muscles weight more. Seems as soon as my body is used to the exercise, I will start losing weight again. If not in a months time, I must go back to the diatitian and he will tell me what to do next, but first I must get used to some exercise. I think part of my problem is my Metformin and high blood pressure medication that I stop using. I remember this also happening when I was younger and on Sure-slim.
